WELCOME
Hello! We are Billy, Elaine and Mackenzie from sunny Southern California. We'd like to start by thanking you for taking the time to learn more about us. We have seen first hand the tremendous love and courage it takes and truly admire your strength for considering open adoption for your baby. We were blessed with the birth of our daughter through open adoption and are so excited to welcome another miracle into our family. We will provide a stable, loving home where our baby will be loved unconditionally and given unlimited opportunites to succeed in life. Our child will always know how much their birthmother loves them and always will. We feel so honored to be able to tell you alittle bit about ourselves and would love to hear from you.
ABOUT US
Our dream is to welcome another baby into our loving home. We are honest and fun loving people who have so much love to give to another child. We are best of friends who truly enjoy being together and feel very blessed to have each other. We have known each other for over 10 years and have been happily married since 2002. We are lucky in the fact that we really do enjoy doing the same things, but most importantly we like doing things as a family. We enjoy being outdoors and can't wait to take our children to the beach and build sand castles, go fishing on the pier or boating on a lake. We look forward to taking our children on exciting weekend trips to Disneyland and Seaworld as well as fun outings to the zoo or going camping. We take immense pleasure in spending time with family and friends, swimming in our pool, barbequing, cooking meals together and watching movies together. We look forward to sharing all of this with our children and anticipate creating lots of memorable moments.
ABOUT BILLY
Billy is outgoing, has a sense of humor and always has a smile on his face. He was born in Queens, New York and his family migrated to Ocala, Florida when he was 12 years old. As an adult he moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue his dream of becoming a professional musician. Now, he is a Post Production Manager at a major film studio. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, playing bass guitar with his band, collecting all kinds of music on his IPOD, watching sports but most of all loves to spoil our precious daughter. He loves taking her into the pool/jacuzzi, reading to her, dancing and singing to her and playing the guitar for her. His favorite NFL footbal team is the NY Giants and his favorite college team is the Florida Gators. He's looking forward to taking our child to various sporting events such as football, baseball and hockey to name a few of his favorites. He is passionate about music and would enjoy teaching our children how to play the guitar or find lessons in whatever instrument he/she is interested in. Kids love being around him and he loves being a dad!
ABOUT ELAINE
Elaine is honest, hard working and family oriented. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and moved to Angeles, California after graduating college. Elaine works as a Case Manager providing resources to persons with developmental disabilities, which has been both challenging and rewarding to her. For fun, she enjoys meeting friends for lunch or coffee, going to the movies, decorating the house, cooking and baking, spending time with our lovable dog and cat, Oscar and Bogart and most of all spending quality time with our daughter. She looks forward to consoling our children during sad times, taking care of him/her when sick, and celebrating birthdays, successes and achievements throughout our children's life. She is a terrific mother and will shower our children with hugs and kisses everyday!
ABOUT MACKENZIE
Mackenzie is truly our dream come true. Our journey to start a family has lead us down many different roads and it was through open adoption that our dream came reality early 2007 with the birth of our beautiful daughter, Mackenzie. Her birthmother is truly an incredible young girl who unselfishly gave us the most precious gift that anyone can ever give. We feel very blessed that she came into our lives and chose us to be parents to our little girl. Mackenzie is very loving and has a sweet personality just like her birthmother. She enjoys being around people and is always laughing and smiling. She enjoys dancing and being in the pool. She is so full of life and will make a wonderful big sister!
